Advertising Policies

1. Overview and Scope

These Advertising Policies apply to all advertising submitted through the kratkinovini self-serve advertising platform (the "Ad Platform"), operated by DAIT Tech LTD. They cover your creatives, ad text, targeting, and the landing pages and destinations your ads link to. They form part of, and should be read together with, our Advertising Terms and Conditions.

All advertising is reviewed before it is served and may be reviewed again at any time. Advertising that does not comply with these policies may be rejected, removed, or suspended, and repeated or serious violations may lead to suspension or termination of your advertiser account. The examples below are illustrative and not exhaustive; we may decline any advertising at our discretion, including advertising that is legal but that we consider inappropriate for our audience.

2. Prohibited Content

We do not allow advertising that promotes, facilitates, or relates to:

• Illegal products, services, or activities of any kind;

• Weapons, firearms, ammunition, explosives, or instructions for making them;

• Recreational or illegal drugs, drug paraphernalia, or substances marketed to mimic illegal drugs;

• Tobacco products, e-cigarettes, and related vaping products;

• Counterfeit goods or the infringement of trademarks, copyrights, or other intellectual property;

• Adult or sexually explicit content, pornography, or escort/sexual services;

• Hate speech or content that incites discrimination, hostility, or violence against individuals or groups based on protected characteristics;

• Violence, terrorism, extremism, or the glorification of them;

• Harassment, bullying, or threats;

• Malware, spyware, or software that is deceptive, harmful, or installed without informed consent;

• Hacking, cheating services, fake documents, or the unauthorized access to accounts or data;

• Human trafficking, exploitation, or the sale of endangered or protected species; and

• Any content prohibited under the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria or the European Union.

3. Prohibited Practices

Regardless of the product advertised, we do not allow:

• Misleading, false, or unsubstantiated claims, or promises of unrealistic results;

• Deceptive pricing, hidden fees, or bait-and-switch offers;

• Impersonation of a person, brand, or organization, or implying an affiliation or endorsement that does not exist;

• Clickbait, sensationalism, or shocking or disruptive creatives (for example fake system warnings, fake close buttons, or simulated interface elements);

• Cloaking, deceptive redirects, or showing us content that differs from what users see;

• Automatic downloads, pop-ups, or code that interferes with a user's device or browsing;

• Collecting personal data through the ad or landing page without a lawful basis and appropriate notice and consent; and

• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent our review or measurement systems.

4. Restricted Content

The following categories may be allowed only where they are lawful in Bulgaria, you hold any required licenses or authorizations, you include any legally required disclosures and age restrictions, and the advertising is responsible and not targeted at minors. We may require supporting documentation before approving them, and may decline them at our discretion:

• Alcoholic beverages;

• Gambling, betting, lotteries, and games of chance (licensed operators only);

• Financial products and services, including loans, credit, investment, insurance, and crypto-assets (with all required licenses, risk warnings, and disclosures);

• Healthcare, pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and dietary supplements (subject to applicable authorizations and claims restrictions; no prescription-only medicines to the general public where prohibited);

• Dating and relationship services; and

• Other sensitive but lawful categories that we may designate as restricted from time to time.

5. Political and Issue Advertising — Not Accepted

We do not accept political or issue advertising. This includes advertising by, for, or against a political party, candidate, elected or appointed official, or a referendum or ballot measure, as well as advertising designed to influence the outcome of an election or a legislative or regulatory process. This policy allows us to remain outside the scope of Regulation (EU) 2024/900 on the transparency and targeting of political advertising. Any advertising that we determine to be political or issue advertising will be rejected.

6. Editorial and Quality Standards

• Ad text must be clear, accurate, honest, and written in correct, professional language.

• Creatives must be of good technical quality, legible, and appropriate for a general news audience.

• Creatives must not be excessively flashing, strobing, or otherwise likely to cause discomfort, and must not mimic editorial news content in a way that could mislead users into thinking the ad is a news article.

• Audio ad spots must meet the loudness, duration, and format requirements published in the Ad Platform and must not be jarring or deceptive.

7. Technical Requirements

• Creatives must meet the accepted formats, dimensions, file sizes, and (for audio) duration and encoding specifications shown in the Ad Platform.

• Landing pages must be functional, load correctly, be served over HTTPS, match the advertised offer, and not contain malware, deceptive elements, or unexpected pop-ups or redirects.

• Links and destinations must work and must not lead to prohibited content.

8. Transparency and Labeling

All advertising served through the Ad Platform is clearly labeled as advertising. In line with Article 26 of the Digital Services Act, users can view — on the ad itself — information about who paid for the ad and the main parameters used to determine that it was shown to them. By advertising with us, you authorize us to display your identity (or that of the entity you represent) in this transparency information.

9. Enforcement

We review advertising before it serves and may re-review it at any time, including after any material change to a creative or destination URL. Where we reject or remove advertising, we provide a reason. Depending on the nature and severity of a violation, we may correct or annul running creatives, pause a campaign, withhold spend attributable to invalid activity, or suspend or terminate the advertiser account. Our decisions are informed by these policies, our Advertising Terms, and applicable law.

10. Changes and Contact
