kratkinovini operates as an editorial news curation platform. Each article represents an original editorial synthesis of information drawn from multiple verified sources. We apply AI-powered processing, multi-source verification, and quality control to produce concise, independently written summaries that provide unique value beyond the underlying source material.

The Service is supported by advertising. Advertising displayed within the Service is governed by our Advertising Terms and Conditions and Advertising Policies.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 13 years of age. If you are under 18 years of age, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

5.3 User Feedback

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Varna, Bulgaria, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may also be entitled to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer to rely on mandatory provisions of your local consumer protection law.

14. Changes to Terms
